Benefits
At GTO, hiring and retaining outstanding
employees is fundamental to our success and we understand the value and

enhance your experience as an employee. The following is a synopsis of
benefits plan in effect on May 1, 2009. Plans and benefits are subject to
change annually prior to open enrollment.
- Medical: GTO pays 86% of the employee’s
premium cost. The provider is BlueCross BlueShield with plan participation
in the premium Blue Options Plan 3748 with Blue Script Pharmacy Benefits.
- Dental: GTO provides two Dental Plan options
with the provider Assurant Benefits. GTO pays 100% of employee premium cost
for plan and 60% of employee premium cost for plan 2. Plans provide
routine care, basic and major services.
- Term Life Insurance with Accidental Death and
Dismemberment (AD&D): GTO employees are provided term life coverage in the
amount of salary up to $50,000 at no cost to you. Employees may chose to
purchase additional dependent life and short term disability insurance at
competitive rates.
- 401(K) Plan: Available after 6 months of
employment. Company match amount is provided on an annual designated basis.

Holidays: GTO currently provides 9 paid holidays annually. Holidays are published in the annual calendar.
- Vacation, Sick and Personal leave accrual: GTO
provides an escalating scale accrual of Vacation Leave ranging from 2 -4
weeks per year based on years of service. Sick leave is accrued at a rate of
4 hours per month and two personal leave days are awarded annually.

Progressive Tallahassee manufacturing company is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Supply Chain Director. The position is responsible for controlling and coordinating purchasing and inventory planning functions for domestic and international distribution. Sourcing, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, distribution and OEM contract manufacturing experience is required. Position requires hands on support of local warehouse and distribution activities such as shipping and receiving as well as ability to travel and experience sourcing CMs internationally.
Individual must have demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business plus 10 years related work experience with logistics, international trade, contract manufacturing negotiation and materials requirement planning.

- National/Regional Account Sales Manager
Leading manufacturer of Gate Automation and access control devices is seeking a National/Regional Account Sales Manager with a successful history of selling retail products to national and regional Home Centers/Farm Ag Accounts.
The position will operate from a home office. Candidate must reside in a location in close proximity to major airport service hub, such as Chicago, Minneapolis, Atlanta or Dallas. Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years sales experience in retail product account sales.
Candidates must possess strong communication, presentation, and technical skills. Candidate must be highly motivated and self disciplined with a professional appearance and attitude to produce commitments and long-term relationships. Travel, including trade show attendance, required.
